If you are unable to pay online by card, please check again if you have entered your card details correctly. If you are sure the data is entered correctly and you still cannot pay, please call us at +40-745-250-740 or contact us by e-mail.

When do I receive the invoice for the placed order?
Immediately after invoicing the order in your customer account, the downloadable invoice appears. Also, the invoice is sent along with the purchased product, in the parcel.
Delivery questions:
After we deliver the parcel to the courier, the status of your order will be visible in the customer account and can be tracked at any time. Usually your order is processed the same day or the next day if the order was placed after 3pm and the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
At eXplosiv, the delivery cost depends on the weight and on the size of the package.
Questions after you bought a product:
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, completing the return form. In case you do not want to change the returned product with another product, we will send you the money back as soon as possible.
If you notice that the product received is not in perfect condition, please complete the form in the Claims and Notices section and send us by e-mail, along with some pictures where it is seen that the product is damaged.
You can receive an eXplosiv loyalty card if you order for an accumulated sum of , regardless of the number of orders. The eXplosiv loyalty card can be used at any time and at any subsequent order placed on the site explosiv.com
