eXplosive gives you the opportunity to check if you have received exactly what you ordered. With this service, you have the option to pay for the product only after you have ensured that everything is ok with the product you ordered.

How does this service work?

The “Delivery Opening Service” service allows you to open and visually check (not the technical) the contents of the package for up to 5 minutes before paying the refund amount. Visual inspection of ordered products is mandatory in the presence of the courier. If you find that the product you ordered is not in perfect condition, you have the right not to accept the parcel, by completing a delivery report in front of the courier. If you have already paid the cost of the online product and you decide to return the package, the amount paid by you will be refunded as soon as possible.
